Lloyd Locklear - Pastor
Pastor Locklear has been the lead pastor of WFWB for over 50 years.
Born and raised in North Carolina, he moved to Michigan in the ’50’s with a small suitcase and little money. He sought out a new life and found himself on the back row of a small church where God gloriously saved him. After his marriage to Marie and the birth of his first child, he answered the call to preach and has been serving and pastoring ever since.
We are thankful for his leadership and the grace God has bestowed upon him to shepherd this flock of believers.
Jonathan Locklear - Associate Pastor
Pastor Jonathan has served on the pastoral staff since 2007; initially as the Student Ministries Pastor and now is the Associate Pastor.
Jonathan studied Pastoral Leadership at Welch College (formerly Free Will Baptist Bible College) in Nashville, TN. He also serves as a Chaplain for the Woodhaven Police Department.
He is married to his wonderful wife Stephanie, and they have been blessed with two sweet sons, Rickey and Judah.
Jessica Mitchell - Student Ministries Coordinator
Jessica has been organizing in mobilizing teenagers to know the Lord and serve Him for the last 3 years.
Jessica is a God-fearing woman who sets a prime example for our teen girls. Jessica excels in various facets of the church ministry including singing, playing music, organizing events. leading missions' trips, and much more!
